Lachlan Pascoe
Lachlan PascoeCompany Director
Lachlan Pascoe has 15 years experience in residential and commercial construction. Starting in carpentry and learning from reputable Brisbane home builders, Lachlan received his construction management qualification from Master Builders in 2011 and his builder’s license shortly after. Lachlan was the Construction Manager for well-known Brisbane commercial builders Box & Co for four years, before taking his passion for building to create his own company.

Colleen Williams has 15 years experience in office administration and sales and is the gel that holds our enthusiastic and committed team together. Colleen ensures we deliver the best experience and outcome for our clients and her dedication to the business has enabled the company to succeed and grow exponentially.
Thomas Pilkington
Thomas PilkingtonEstimator/draftsman
Thomas Pilkington has 13 years experience in architecture, landscaping and carpentry. Studying at the University of Adelaide, Thomas completed a Bachelor of Design and a Masters in Architecture in 2011. Thomas has worked as a freelance building designer whilst running a landscape company, as well as completing a carpentry apprenticeship. This has given him uniquely complementary skills, from design to construction to understanding a dwelling’s connection to the landscape.
